Four languages and a player you can read
Älglock now speaks Swedish, English, Norwegian and Finnish. The sound player has been rebuilt to be readable at dawn.
Four languages. Älglock now speaks Swedish, English, Norwegian and Finnish. It follows your phone’s language on its own, or you pick one under Settings. Every scenario, every call description and the whole help section is translated — not just the buttons.
A player you can read. The sound player was rebuilt around one question: can a fifty-five-year-old read this at dawn without reading glasses? Larger text throughout, the clock set at reading size rather than as a caption, bigger keys and bigger symbols. The play button now changes colour while a call is playing, so you can tell at a glance whether sound is going out.
The favourites filter does what it says. Turning it on used to find a call because one recording inside it was saved, then open all fifteen. It now shows the recordings you actually saved, with the call already open.
Fixed
- A call that had played to the end could not be started again.
- The appearance options were missing the line down their left edge.
- The status bar and the navigation bar now take their colours from the theme you chose, not from the phone’s own light or dark mode. Night mode no longer gets bright system buttons at the bottom.
